Gentle Flow and Meditation: Gentle indicates the class is not vigorous, but slow and soothing, perfect for those wanting a more relaxed and softer practice. Excellent for beginners. This class also works in a deeper meditation practice.
Tabata Flow: A yoga-shred inspired class with a little bit of yoga and a little bit of tabata training. Come in for an efficient, all-in-one workout incorporating breath, mind and body!
Flow and Yin: The perfect blend of flow movement and stillness in Yin postures. Explore breath based Vinyasa flow to build strength and flexibility, challenging balance and concentration. Then settle onto the mat to hold Yin poses, targeting the connective tissues of the body to release deeply stored tension before you experience deep relaxation in shavasana. All levels welcome.
Warm Power Flow: This is a powerful, energetic vinyasa style of practice that will challenge you with its focus on building strength and concentration as you move fluidly from one pose to another while connecting the breath to the movement. This type of class is meant to challenge you and your existing practice. You may leave feeling energized and “blissed out”! Not recommended for beginners who do not have a basic knowledge of yoga postures. *The room will be heated between 80-85 degrees.*
Essential Slow Flow: If you are looking for a class that offers both gentle and restorative asana as well as more fluid movement, this may be a class for you! Essential Slow Flow is an all levels class set to rhythmic music using props and modifications to help you find your body's pose. Kathi provides hands on adjustments and uses essential oils to seal your practice (you can always opt out). Come as you are, you are already "ready."
Vinyasa Flow: Flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that synchronize the breath with continuous flow of postures. No two vinyasa classes are the same. So if you are seeking variety in your practice, this is the class for you. This class is open level, all are welcome.
Essential Hatha Yoga: Hatha (ha = sun, tha = moon), the yoga of balance, is a practice of yoga designed to align and calm your body and senses. A wonderful way to learn and love your body, this class is appropriate for students of all levels. It includes both seated and standing postures with transitions from mat to standing and back to mat using simple props to gain access to postures. Learning to breathe through stillness and movement in class will help you find gentle release and a sense of peace. Hands on adjustments are offered. Come as you are.
Yoga Sculpt: This calorie scorching class blends yoga flow and strength training! All levels are welcome in this fun fusion class. You will leave your mat feeling strong and calm!
Yin: Yin yoga is designed to exercise the ligaments of the body and to regain space and strength in the joints. Long active holds and mostly seated āsana characterize a Yin class. It is a chance to work with the breath, turn your attention inward and is a complement to weekly Vinyasa yoga practice. The benefits of Yin can be seen with consistent practice over time.
Friday Fun Flows: An energetic vinyasa flow class performed to music that will get the party started on your mat.
Restore & Unwined: Designed to calm the body and bring peace to the mind, Restorative Yoga enables deep relaxation as you hold poses for longer periods of time with the help of props to completely support your body. By remaining in the stillness of these poses for a minimum of five minutes, you will receive a strong sense of ease and calm while the parasympathetic nervous system has the chance to slow down and destress. In this class, you can expect of a soothing combination of breath work, meditation and asana (poses), along with many opportunities to tune in to your body and find what feels best for you. Perfect for anyone looking to escape daily stress, deepen their practice or create a connection to their breath that can only be found in stillness. All levels welcome!
